NomioHub provides software for restaurant and food business operations, including online ordering, account tools, order management, customer support workflows, and related features.

You agree to use NomioHub only for lawful business purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the service.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for the accuracy of business, menu, pricing, tax, order, and contact information you provide through NomioHub.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused by NomioHub's failure to use reasonable safeguards.

Merchants are responsible for fulfilling customer orders, honoring listed prices and policies, and handling customer service for their business.

NomioHub may integrate with third-party payment processors, device providers, delivery links, analytics tools, communications providers, and other services. Those third-party services may have their own terms and policies.

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from NomioHub regarding your orders, account notifications, and customer support. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

You may not use NomioHub to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or unauthorized communications, or to process orders or content that violate applicable law.

You may not attempt to bypass security controls, access data without authorization, disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or misuse NomioHub systems.

NomioHub may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We aim to make changes thoughtfully, but we cannot guarantee every feature will remain available indefinitely.

NomioHub is currently offered with no subscription pricing while the service is free. Future paid plans or fees may be introduced with notice before they apply.

NomioHub is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NomioHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.
